Carton pneumatic lift transfer unit：
The bag change transfer machine is used to roller machine 90 ° direction of lifting equipment. Its normal state is at a low position. When the goods are delivered to the loader, the sensor detects that the goods are in place. The loader immediately rises above the conveyor and transfers the goods to the adjacent conveyor. There are two kinds of lifting methods: pneumatic and electric. This project adopts pneumatic lifting method.
One. main mechanical structure and features：
Lifting mechanism: pneumatic lifting, the connecting rod type swinging mechanism driven by the cylinder, the lifting is fast and stable;
Electric jacking, driven by the motor crank shaft rotation mechanism, so that the transplanting parts swing up and down.
Load shifting mechanism: transmission belt is adopted as load shifting transmission, and the driving force is driven by the built-in motor.
Lifting location detection: proximity switch detection.
Surface coating: steel wire brush and sandpaper are used to remove rust, acid wash to remove grease. After phosphating, the surface is sprayed with epoxy powder and baked. The thickness of resin is between 60 m and 90 m. Spraying color shall be specified by party a's color card.
External parts configuration: reducer motor for SEW, belt for wynn, cylinder for SMC, bearing with seat for TR, bearing with ha shaft.
