(1) improper speed regulation: bagging machine operating speed is too fast, the bag is not in place, the bag action has been initiated; or speed is too slow, the overall efficiency is low, but also prone to bagging errors. For example, the product conveying speed and bag speed mismatch, the product has been to the bag position, but the bag is not ready.
(2) parameter setting errors: temperature, pressure and other key parameters if set incorrectly, the heat sealing bagging machine has a great impact. Temperature is not enough, the bag sealing is not firm; pressure is not appropriate, the bag delivery, clamping will be affected. If the heat sealing temperature is low, the bag sealing edge can not be tightly fitted.
