The so-called through-type top film means that the material can be laminarized while it is moving. The biggest advantage of this type of machine is its fast speed and high efficiency. Therefore, it is often used in automated packaging production lines. But for customers who choose top film for the first time, what should they pay attention to?
1. Site restrictions. Unlike the all-in-one machine, the through-type top film dispenser requires a separate station, and the size of this station cannot be less than 1.5 times the length of the material. For example, if the tray size is 1.5 meters, the station length required by the machine is about not less than 2.3 meters.
2. Top film cost. The top film placed by the through-type top film dispenser is usually longer and larger, otherwise it will fall off during the movement of the tray, which will increase the cost of the top film. Therefore, users should pay attention.
3. The through-type top film dispenser needs to pause. When the through-type top film dispenser is working, the pallet also needs to pause, which mainly manifests in two places. One is that the pallet will pause when it just reaches the top film position, and the top film dispenser will deliver the corresponding length of film. The other is that when the top film needs to be cut after the top film is coated, the pallet will pause and will not continue to move until the top film is cut. Therefore, when calculating the efficiency of the through-type top film dispenser, the two pause times should also be calculated.
It can be seen that the through-type top film dispenser and the top film wrapping machine have their own advantages and disadvantages, which mainly depends on the user's cost, efficiency and comprehensive situation of the site.
