1. Clean dust and oil regularly. Cleaning dust and oil is required during the maintenance of any equipment. In particular, the oil between the gears and the chain must be cleaned in time to avoid causing drum line failure.
2. Check whether the roller installation track is bent and deformed, and whether the connecting screws of the track, bracket and other components are loose and adjust them. Check whether the drum rotates flexibly and whether there is any obvious abnormal noise.
3. Before production every day, check whether there are materials, tools, and sundries stacked on the conveyor line, and whether they will affect normal machine operation. Before leaving get off work every day, clean each working area of the conveyor to remove any remaining waste residue from the day.
